Richard Dutton, MA, FIDM

Managing Director

Richard is the Founder of Citizen Heart and is an acknowledged innovator in the commercial, not-for-profit and social impact investment sectors.

With extensive senior executive commercial experience he was also Head of Strategy and Corporate Partnerships at Charities Trust for six years.  Richard is an experienced Non-Executive Director – with specific experience of the compliance and governance challenges facing major organisations. He served as Deputy Chairman, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Finance and Performance Committee for a large acute NHS Hospital Foundation Trust. He is also a Director of ELIAS Partnership, an independent advisory business offering elite legal opinion from Queen’s Counsel. Richard has an MA in Law from Cambridge University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and a Member of the Institute of Fundraising.

Jill Dutton, BSc, MBA

Director of Operations

Jill heads up our client services, operations and administration.

Jill has a BSc from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of St Thomas in Houston, Texas. Before moving to the UK in 2016, Jill spent over 25 years in management and customer service with American Airlines in Chicago, Dallas and Miami.
